Diedra A. Byrd is the Founder of JTR Virtual Assistant Solutions, LLC, where she partners with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and small business owners to streamline operations, implement best practices, and improve back-office efficiency. Since launching in 2019, she has helped clients define strategy, optimize business processes, and establish sustainable organizational systems.

 

In addition to her consulting work, Diedra has over a decade of experience in the federal government, supporting retirement investment operations and agency-wide planning initiatives. She currently manages a $10M+ budget for a federal office, facilitating monthly leadership meetings and driving strategic initiatives that enhance performance and workplace engagement. Her past roles have focused on performance measurement, digital transformation, and cross-agency collaboration to improve accountability and long-term planning.

 

Diedra holds a certificate in Accounting from Prince George’s Community College in Maryland and is known for her results-driven approach, commitment to excellence, and ability to bridge strategy with implementation.
