Diedra has nearly 30 years of administrative experience and for the past 15 years she has managed business performance management activities to guide Senior Executives in their strategic decisions. She has worked with both private companies and government sectors. She has worked in the analytical, accounting, customer service, and various government sector industries. Diedra has completed advanced study in Strategic Management using the Balanced Scorecard and implementation of balanced scorecard management systems. The studies included strategic management, performance measurement, strategic thinking and planning, change management, strategy mapping, and strategic initiative and prioritization. She is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional through the Strategy Management Group and the George Washington University of Professional Studies. Diedra is also a member of International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA).
